Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nana's Workshop. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our guidelines for returns and exchanges:

  1. Return Eligibility: You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. Custom-made or personalized items are exempt from our return policy.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely. We cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
